If you send an inquiry, your details reach James, who runs personalised.software, by email so he can reply. The sections below explain how inquiry details and technical information are handled.
What the inquiry form collects
Your name, your email address, your company if you choose to give it, and what you write about the thing you want to build.
Where it goes
When you send the form, the website passes your inquiry straight to Cloudflare’s email service, which delivers it as an email to James. It is not saved in a database or anywhere else on this website. From then on it is an email in an inbox, like any message you might have sent directly.
How it is used
Only to reply to you and talk about your project. It is not shared, sold, or added to a mailing list.
Keeping the form from being flooded
To limit how many inquiries can be sent in a short time, your IP address is used to count recent submissions. Cloudflare keeps that short-lived count; this website does not store it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies or add analytics or tracking. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Your details, your call
To ask what we hold about you, or to have your inquiry and any related emails deleted, write to hello@personalised.software. We will confirm once it is done.
